Tips for Weight Loss

There are many factors that can impact weight loss:

1.      Water: the goal is to drink 8 glasses daily (2-3 quarts of pure water), no way around it!

2.  Dosage of products: most people do best on the E-Lite products by taking 3 or 4 tablets/capsules  in separate doses throughout the day, ONE pill each time (before 3:00 p.m.).

3.      Food:  don't starve yourself.  Eat 5 small meals daily, emphasizing vegetables and fruits, then low-fat proteins, and finally starches.  A superior multivitamin like Complete or Sweet Complete helps to provide the body with many nutrients we don’t get in food, thus helping to alleviate cravings. Other helpful products include Omega 3 and Osteoguard, that supply nutrients necessary for losing weight!

4.      Activity: move the body differently than it is accustomed to moving!  If walking has been the exercise for years, the body has adjusted, and to break through and lose weight, one needs to change the activity to, for example, swimming.

5.      History of dieting: a body that is trained in weight loss dieting is less likely to let you lose the 50th time around.  Have realistic expectations (generally a loss of 1-2 pounds per week is great).

6.      Emotions: the toughest area!  Most times, emotions are involved, and one’s attitude and resolve have a very strong impact on success.  Keep in mind that the weight LOSS part of this project is short-term, but the behavioral/lifestyle changes for the better should be permanent.

Overall, our bodies are designed to stabilize themselves at all costs.  They just don't realize that we'd like them to stabilize at a lower weight!  So what is needed is to jolt the body out of its stabilizing mode, using every angle available, making sure the body doesn't think it is starving.

Confused on which products will work best for you?

Azul, E-Lite Plus, E-Lite II, Jubilee or Svelte???

All 5 products very similar but different.

Azul -

E-Lite II addresses things like thyroid support (bladderwrack) and getting rid of edema (gotu kola, burdock). So there is less room per pill for ingredients that increase energy and decrease appetite, although these ingredients are included.

E-Lite Plus focuses mainly on energy - immediate and sustained. The Cocoa, Cha d'Bugre and Chromium address appetite/mood, and the Cha is also a mild diuretic.

Jubilee really hits mood/appetite with the addition of Vanadium and the extra theobromine (from cocoa). But we were also able to hone into the energy ingredient combination as well, so don't sell this aspect short.

Svelte includes ingredients that are potent appetite suppressors, invigorate and energize, and support digestive tract health and balanced blood sugar levels.  These ingredients combine to help strengthen your willpower to resist temptations, eat smaller quantities, and to inspire physical activity.

So, if I were trying to choose which product for a individual, here's how best to choose: if you are looking for an energy product: E-Lite Plus or Svelte. If you have overeating issues because of moods: Jubilee. If it seems you need full-spectrum support (except mood), go with E-Lite II or Svelte. Also, the E-Lite II would be best for those with high blood pressure, although the other 3 are also acceptable - it's just the least stimulating of the three.

All four of the above products were designed to be taken with E-Lite Nite for a faster weight loss process.
